# Disclaimers

Breath of Estova sells cosmetic and utility game assets. Trading cards, skins and cosmetics are in-game items with in-game effects. They are not investments, securities, or financial instruments, and nothing in this document is an offer of any.

Nothing here is a promise of profit, yield, or return of any kind. Secondary market prices are set by the market. Assets can lose value or become worthless.

Game systems described here are in active development and subject to change. Figures reflect design as of the date of publication.
